Shipping Policy

Shipping on all of our orders is free!  We aim to get your order on the road within 24-48 hours from when you order. Usually your order will take 5-15 days to reach you. We'll make sure you stay updated every step of the way by emailing you a tracking number.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our international distribution centre. Please allow for 1-4 business days for processing at our international distribution centre before your order is shipped
Can I cancel/change my order before it is shipped?
ALL orders placed are FINAL! That being said, generally we try to make sure if you cancel/change your order before (or sometimes even during) shipping we cancel/change your order but please make to contact us as soon as possible as sometimes it is too late

How long does it take to receive my order?
It's a multi-step process that's as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes us 1-4 business days to process your order and fulfill packaging at our international warehouse. From there, we hand your package off to the carrier and they scan your package into the tracking system. At this point, your tracking number should be activated and you can track your package here. After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 10-20 business days until it's delivered to your shipping address (depending on your location)!

My tracking number does not work?

Sometimes it takes about 2-4 days for the carrier to update the tracking information even after you have been provided with a tracking number. In that case, do know your order has been shipped and the tracking information will be updated soon.

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I seen advertised on Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.
